NYSE Extends Reduced Market Cap and Stockholders’ Equity Continued Listing Requirements; Proposes Making Reduction Permanent

March 2, 2010

The NYSE has again extended its continued listing requirement pilot program. Under this program, a listed company will cease to be in compliance with the NYSE’s continued listing standards if its average global market capitalization over 30 consecutive trading days is less than $50 million and, at the same time, its total stockholders’ equity is less than $50 million. The pilot program listing thresholds apply to companies listed under the Earnings Test, the Assets and Equity Test or the “Initial Listing Standards for Companies Transferring from NYSE Arca.”
