Nasdaq Continues Suspension of Listing Requirements Through July 19, 2009

In October 2008, Nasdaq suspended its minimum closing bid price and market value continued listing requirements. In December 2008, this suspension was extended through April 19, 2009, as described in “Nasdaq Extends Suspension of Listing Requirements” (SRZ Alert, Dec. 30, 2008). Nasdaq recently announced that the suspension will continue through July 19, 2009, due to ongoing adverse market conditions.
