New FMLA Regulations Effective Jan. 16, 2009

The U.S. Department of Labor (the “DOL”) has published new Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”) regulations (the “Regulations”), effective Jan. 16, 2009, including new military family leave entitlements and changes to many sections of the regulations to provide clarity for employees and employers about their responsibilities and rights under FMLA leave.
