Developed compliance program for independent clinical laboratory.
Represented independent clinical laboratory in investigation commenced by Medicare carrier.
Represented chief executive officer of independent clinical laboratory in connection with prosecution by Attorney General.
Developed, implemented and oversaw hospital wide utilization review program; developed, implemented and oversaw hospital wide and departmental quality assessment program; participated in medical staff appointment and credentialing decisions, including disciplinary actions; drafted by-laws; represented medical staff regarding professional matters, including disputes with Peer Review Organization; represented hospital interests in connection with matters raised by federal and state regulatory agencies; earned the respect and admiration of a recalcitrant medical staff.
