Beth Lehrman Newman

Beth Newman is an associate in the New York office. Her practice focuses on property sales and acquisitions, development projects and debt and equity financing. Her experience includes representation of real estate owners and investors in the negotiation of joint venture agreements, borrowers and lenders in the negotiation of financing documents, and developers and funds in connection with property related documents.
