Beverly J. Ang is an associate in the New York office, where she concentrates on merger control and obtaining governmental clearances for complex U.S. and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings; specifically, analysis and compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and other competition and foreign investment laws worldwide.
