Caritas Christi Health Care Transaction Wins Investment Dealers’ Digest Deal of the Year Award

Cerberus Capital Management L.P.’s acquisition of Boston-based Caritas Christi Health Care won Investment Dealers’ Digest (IDD) magazine’s 2010 Deal of the Year award in the health care category. SRZ represented Cerberus Capital Management in this transaction.
