DOL Releases New Form LM-10 Guidance

On March 7, 2006, the U.S. Department of Labor (the "DOL") issued new guidance regarding Form LM-10. We have previously alerted you that the DOL requires all employers to disclose on Form LM-10 certain financial dealings with unions or union officers, union agents, union employees, shop stewards or other union representatives.
