(now KeyPoint Government Solutions) from Kroll Inc., a subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan. In addition to assisting with the drafting and negotiation of the purchase and finance agreements, our Intellectual Property, Sourcing & Technology lawyers negotiated an agreement allowing KeyPoint temporary access to Kroll’s email and finance technologies, including office receipt of HR and payroll services for one week, and support for the transfer of books and records for three months.
