When SRZ represented Clarion Capital Partners LLC and a group of other secured lenders in the bankruptcy auction acquisition of substantially all the assets of dinnerware company Lenox Group Inc., lawyers in the Intellectual Property, Sourcing & Technology Group conducted expansive due diligence of Lenox’s intellectual property and information technology assets and contracts, including contracts between Lenox and various third-party artists and designers.
