Lynn S. Tanner is a special counsel in the New York office, where she represents lenders, borrowers and equity sponsors in a wide range of domestic and international financing transactions, including asset-based and cash-flow facilities; acquisition and leveraged finance facilities; high-yield debt offerings; working capital facilities; debtor-in-possession and exit facilities; bridge and take-out facilities; first- and second-lien, tranche B and subordinated-debt facilities; and workouts and restructurings. She also advises clients in connection with a variety of securities credit regulation matters.
