Business transactions partner Marc Weingarten was interviewed by Bloomberg TV's "Inside Track" on Hewlett-Packard Co.'s hiring of Goldman Sachs Group Inc. to help it prepare for possible moves by activist investors. During the newscast, Marc shared his expertise on activist investing and representing boards in relation to HP's defense against a hostile takeover.
