Myriam Ly is an associate in the London office where her practice focuses on investment funds. Myriam advises on the establishment and structuring of hedge funds, funds of hedge funds and regulated funds domiciled in Ireland and Luxembourg. She has experience advising investment managers domiciled throughout Western Europe (notably Switzerland, France and the UK) on regulatory issues and gives legal advice to US managers on gaining access to European markets.
Admitted to both the Paris bar and the roll of solicitors in England and Wales, Myriam is fluent in both French and English.
