NLRB Clarifies Supervisory Status

The National Labor Relations Board ("NLRB") has issued new guidelines to determine who qualifies as a "supervisor" under the National Labor Relations Act ("the Act"). Understanding who qualifies is extremely important because a supervisor does not have protection under the Act.
