Nanette Aguirre, an associate in the Structured Products & Derivatives Group in the New York office, negotiates all forms of derivative, trading and prime brokerage agreements with global prime brokers. She has structured and negotiated OTC (ISDA) derivatives transactions, exchange traded derivatives, master repurchase agreements, global master repurchase agreements, overseas securities lending agreements, prime brokerage and account opening agreements, and terms-of-business and give-up agreements.
After earning a B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business and before and while obtaining her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, Ms. Aguirre worked in the derivatives departments at Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank in legal, operational and business capacities.
