New Requirements for New York Employers

Recent developments in the law have placed new obligations on New York employers. This Alert summarizes the new requirements. Section I describes employers’ obligations under the recently enacted New York State Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act. Section II discusses new guidelines regarding nursing mothers.
