Investment funds, structured finance, derivatives and capital markets. Advises on the establishment and structuring of hedge funds, funds of hedge funds, private equity funds and UCITS funds, including exchange-traded, derivatives-based funds (ETFs), fund derivatives and fund-linked derivatives. Structures investment products based on hedge fund strategies, including the following repackaging and credit-enhancement products: synthetic and non-synthetic CFOs and CDOs; credit default swap negative basis trades; credit-linked notes; equity derivatives; principal-protected and capital-guaranteed notes, including single-manager multi-strategy, fund of hedge funds and basket portfolio structures); and other leveraged and enhanced-liquidity products.
