Pataki Signs Into Law Further Amendments to New York Newspaper Publication Requirements
June 6, 2006
On May 31, 2006, New York Governor George Pataki signed into law Senate Bill No. 6831-B amending the existing newspaper publication requirements applicable to domestic and foreign limited liability entities newly organized or newly doing business in New York. The new law became effective June 1, 2006.
