Dodd-Frank Becomes Law: Key Issues for Private Fund Managers

The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act includes a number of provisions that affect private fund managers. This article identifies and analysis those regarding (i) adviser registration and other key provisions affecting investment advisers; (ii) the Volcker Rule; and (iii) derivatives.
