SRZ Bolsters Investment Management Practice in London

The firm has announced that special counsel Josh Dambacher has transferred to the London office from New York. Mr. Dambacher’s practice focuses on hedge funds, private equity funds, investment advisers, investment partnerships, regulatory compliance, acquisitions, seed capital and joint venture arrangements. He holds a J.D. from University of Michigan Law School; an M.B.A. from Purdue University, where he was Phi Beta Kappa; and a B.B.A., with distinction, from the University of Missouri.
