SRZ Represents Veritas in Acquisition of Kroll Government Services

SRZ represented Veritas Capital in connection with the private equity firm’s acquisition of Kroll Government Services Inc. In conjunction with the transaction, which was announced on June 1, Kroll Government Services, a leading provider of security-clearance background investigations and employment screening services to U.S. government agencies, has been renamed KeyPoint Government Solutions Inc.
