SRZ Attorneys Develop Comprehensive Conflict Minerals Resource Center

August 30, 2012

Since the adoption of Section 1502 of the Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, which requires the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to adopt a conflict minerals rule, a team of SRZ attorneys led by partner Michael R. Littenberg has maintained the SRZ Conflict Minerals Resource Center, a centralized web-based database that has become a "go-to" source for updates and insights to assist in complying with the controversial rule. The conflict minerals Resource Center contains an extensive selection of materials to assist public and private companies in preparing for conflict minerals rule compliance, including SRZ-authored articles, SEC, OECD, industry group and NGO resources; state and local legislative materials; form documents and information on other supply chain disclosure initiatives.
