SRZ Ranked No. 1 in PIPE Market League Tables for 2009

SRZ was ranked as the number one most active investor legal counsel in the U.S. PIPE market during 2009 by PrivateRaise and PlacementTracker, the leading providers of research, data and analytics covering private investments in public equity. The rankings were based on number of transactions. PrivateRaise cited 39 completed deals totaling $722.27 million and PlacementTracker tallied 38 transactions totaling approximately $703.5 million.
