SRZ Represents Ames True Temper in Sale to Griffon Corp.

SRZ represented Ames True Temper, Inc., the leading North American manufacturer and global marketer of non-powered lawn and garden accessories and a portfolio company of Castle Harlan Partners IV, LP, in the sale to Griffon Corp., a diversified management and holding company based in New York. The $542 million sale was announced on July 19, 2010.

 

Robert Goldstein, a partner in the Business Transactions Group, led the deal with the assistance of business transactions associates Sung Uk Park, Martin Q. Ruhaak, and Lane Verlenden.
