SRZ represented Ames True Temper, Inc., the leading North American manufacturer and global marketer of non-powered lawn and garden accessories and a portfolio company of Castle Harlan Partners IV, LP, in the sale to Griffon Corp., a diversified management and holding company based in New York. The $542 million sale closed on Sept. 30, 2010.
