SRZ Represents Vangent in Acquisition by General Dynamics

SRZ is advising The Veritas Capital Fund III LP in its sale of Vangent Inc. to General Dynamics, a provider of information technology and enterprise solutions to customers in the defense, intelligence, health, governmental and commercial sectors. Vangent Inc. is a leader in providing federal agencies with healthcare information technology and business systems. General Dynamics will acquire Vangent for approximately $960 million in a cash transaction, which is expected to close by Oct. 1.
