SRZ Successfully Represents Emancipation Capital in Thoma Bravo’s Acquisition of a Controlling Stake in InfoVista

SRZ represented Emancipation Capital, InfoVista’s largest shareholder, in Thoma Bravo’s acquisition of InfoVista, a French publicly traded software company. On Dec. 20, 2011, Thoma Bravo, a U.S. private equity investment firm, acquired approximately two-thirds of InfoVista’s outstanding shares from Emancipation and other selling shareholders, in a transaction placing an enterprise value of approximately $120 million on InfoVista. Emancipation Capital was represented by SRZ partner Michael R. Littenberg.
