SRZ Successfully Represents Gresham in Acquisition of Majority Stake by Nuveen

SRZ is representing Gresham Investment Management LLC, a leading New York-based investment manager focusing exclusively on commodities, in its sale of a 60 percent stake to Nuveen Investments. The addition of Gresham’s premier, boutique commodities practice to Nuveen’s leading institutional and individual investment services builds on an existing relationship between the two firms. The deal team included Marc Weingarten, Christopher S. Harrison and Lane Verlenden from the Business Transactions Group, Philippe Benedict and Lauren DeMasi from the Tax Group, and Steven J. Fredman from the Investment Management Group.
