SRZ Places No. 1 Again in PIPEs for First Quarter 2008

The firm placed number one in PrivateRaise.com's list of the Top 25 PIPE Investor Law Firms for 2007, both with respect to number of deals advised and total amount advised. SRZ's position as the leading investor counsel in PIPEs was also recently recognized by PlacementTracker, another research firm, which ranked the firm number one for 2007 and the first quarter of 2008 in the number of transactions. Although PlacementTracker does not rank firms by total dollars advised, it collects that information, and in the league tables of both research firms, not only was SRZ the number one most active investor counsel, but its totals, with respect to both number of deals and total dollars advised, far exceeded any other listed firm.

PrivateRaise.com also ranked SRZ the leading law firm among 2006 and 2005 Top PIPE Investor Law Firms.
