Software Vendor Moves To Hedge Out Hedge Funds From Futures Trading
September 15, 2005
The software vendor, Trading Technologies, and its CEO, Harris Brumfield, have been aggressively enforcing two patents the company owns against futures traders by forcing companies to take licenses under the patents or face litigation.
