Stuart M. Reisman

Stuart M. Reisman is a special counsel in the New York office, where he practices in a variety of M&A and other transactional areas, focusing on investment manager restructuring and M&A and private equity transactions. Stuart also handles public and private securities offerings as well as SEC filings for public companies (including under 1934 Act), and he counsels clients on general corporate matters, such as issues relating to corporate structure, securities, shareholders, employees, business contracts and litigation.
