Sale of Chrysler Financial to TD Named Biggest Deal of 2010

TD Bank Group’s acquisition of Chrysler Financial was named the biggest deal of 2010 in Canadian newspaper The Globe and Mail’s list of “Biggest Canadian Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructurings.” SRZ was recognized as Target Legal Advisor for the transaction. The list, compiled from Thomson Reuters data and Globe and Mail research, was published on March 3, 2011.
