Tannaz (Tania) Simyar is an associate in the New York office. Her practice focuses on commercial leasing, real estate and corporate acquisitions and dispositions, and condominium law. She has extensive experience negotiating complex commercial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants, with a focus on private equity funds. She also represents developers and owners in negotiating architectural, construction and other development contracts.
