SRZ Represents Veritas Capital in Acquisition of Lockheed Martin’s EIG Business

SRZ represented Veritas Capital in connection with its acquisition of Lockheed Martin Corp.’s Enterprise Integration Group (EIG) business for $815 million in cash. The transaction, which was structured as an asset purchase, closed on Nov. 23, 2010. EIG, headquartered in Valley Forge, PA, is a leading provider of mission-critical systems engineering and integration services and modeling, simulation, analysis and risk mitigation services to the U.S. intelligence community. Founded in 1992 and headquartered in New York, Veritas Capital is a leading private equity investment firm that invests in companies that provide critical products and services to governments worldwide. SRZ partner John M. Pollack led the deal.
