Whether handling mergers and acquisitions, advising on private equity transactions, accessing the high-yield market for financing or counseling on corporate governance issues, the group offers clients access to all the skills and experience necessary to achieve their objectives.
The business transactions practice draws primarily from SRZ's 200-lawyer corporate department, but also utilizes expertise from across the spectrum of legal disciplines within the firm, including tax, environmental, employment law, finance, intellectual property and real estate. The group's clients include financial and strategic buyers and sellers involved in domestic and cross-border transactions across a wide variety of business sectors, including airlines, banking, chemicals, distribution services, financial services, health care, investment management, real estate, manufacturing, restaurants and telecommunications.
