If I am interested in a summer associate position, how do I apply?
Our summer program is designed for law students who have completed two years of law school. If the firm does not interview at your law school, please submit a cover letter, resume and law school transcript to the Recruiting Department.

What should I bring to the interview?
If you had an initial interview with us on campus, the firm should already have a copy of your resume and law school transcript. If you have an updated resume, please bring a copy to the interview. At this point a writing sample and references are not needed.

How many attorneys will interview me?
You may be offered either an initial interview or a call back interview. For an initial interview you will interview with one attorney from the firm for 30 minutes. For a call back interview, you will most likely interview with two partners and two associates for 30 minutes each. This interview process will take roughly 2 – 2.5 hours, longer if you choose to go to lunch.

What expenses will the firm reimburse?
For out-of-town students the firm will reimburse reasonable travel, hotel and meal expenses. Please contact our Recruiting Department for more specific guidelines.

After I have interviewed with the firm, what is the timing?
We try to respond to law students within two weeks of their call back interview.

If I receive an offer, may I return to the office to meet with more attorneys?
We encourage you to return to the firm to meet with additional attorneys. It is a great opportunity to learn more about the firm.
