Compensation
We value our attorneys and we are at the forefront in the areas of compensation and benefits among New York City law firms.
Benefits
We offer our associates and their families (including same-sex domestic partners) a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical coverage, dental and vision insurance, and life insurance. In addition, associates may participate in a 401(k) plan and a flexible spending plan. Associates receive four weeks vacation, and are eligible for childcare leave.
We pay New York Bar review expenses, exam and admission fees, continuing legal education tuition, relocation expenses, and a portion of bar association dues. Associates at the firm can take advantage of subsidized health club memberships and our employee assistance program.
