	SRZ Partners Selected for The Burton Awards for Legal Achievement SRZ litigation partners Betty Santangelo and Gary Stein were selected as 2008 award winners of The Burton Awards for Legal Achievement for their article, "The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act: Recent Cases and Enforcement Trends," Journal of Investment Compliance, Vol. 8, No. 3 (2007). Each year 30 authors are selected from entries submitted by the nation's 1,000 largest law firms. 	SRZ Receives IFLR Award SRZ was awarded the IFLR (International Financial Law Review) Americas Private Equity Deal of the Year Award for its role as banking and payments law regulatory counsel for First Data Corp. in its $29 billion acquisition by private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and co-investors.
