Kurt F. Rosell is a partner in the New York office, where his practice focuses on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and other private equity transactions; international transactions; the formation of private equity funds; executive compensation; and bankruptcy and workout transactions.

Listed in The Best Lawyers in America and New York Super Lawyers, Kurt earned his B.A., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Wake Forest University in 1982; his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a senior editor of the Columbia Law Review and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, in 1985; and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1992.
