Representation of Fiduciaries

We represent individual and corporate executors of estates and trustees of trusts in all aspects of administration—from inception through completion. With our substantial experience and expertise, we are able to advise fiduciaries on all phases of administration, including tax and non-tax matters and litigated and non-litigated matters. In addition, with the assistance of other departments with the firm, we are able to advise fiduciaries on such aspects of administration as real estate, litigation, employment law, intellectual property, corporate, securities and, of course, tax issues.
