The firm has eight Affinity Groups: Asian-American, Black, First Generation Professionals, Latino, LGBTQ+, Parents, Veterans and Women. The groups, which meet and host events on a regular basis, provide a forum for networking, mentoring and discussion of shared work and life experiences. The groups offer strategies and resources to support our attorneys as they work to amplify diverse perspectives at the firm.
