Schulte Earns a Perfect Score for LGBTQ Workplace Equality

Schulte again received a 100 rating, a perfect score, on the Human Rights Campaign’s 2021 Corporate Equality Index (“CEI”). The CEI is a national benchmarking survey and report that rates corporate policies and practices related to workplace LGBTQ equality. The survey evaluates workplaces on non-discrimination policies, equitable benefits, inclusive cultures and corporate social responsibility.

The 2021 CEI rated a total of 1,142 U.S.-based companies including Fortune 500’s largest publicly traded businesses, American Lawyer’s top 200 revenue-grossing law firms and hundreds of publicly and privately held mid- to large-sized businesses. Schulte’s continuing commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion was reflected with a perfect score, which has designated the firm as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.
