Schulte Earns a Perfect Score for LGBTQ+ Workplace Equality

For the third consecutive year, Schulte received a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index (“CEI”), and was designated as one of the “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality.”

The CEI is a national benchmarking survey and report that rates corporate policies and practices related to workplace LGBTQ equality. The survey evaluates workplaces on non-discrimination policies, equitable benefits, inclusive cultures and corporate social responsibility. A total of 1,271 U.S.-based companies were rated this year, including Fortune 500’s largest publicly traded businesses, American Lawyer’s top 200 revenue-grossing law firms and hundreds of publicly and privately held mid- to large-sized businesses.
