Stephanie Breslow Named ‘Outstanding Practitioner’ at Euromoney LMG’s Americas Women in Business Law Awards 2019

Investment management partner Stephanie Breslow received the “Outstanding Practitioner” award at Euromoney Legal Media Group’s Americas Women in Business Law Awards 2019. The annual awards honor the achievements of women lawyers across the Americas who are “setting a new standard in progressive work practices and leading the way in their fields.” Stephanie was honored at the awards ceremony on June 6, 2019 in New York.

Stephanie maintains a diverse practice that includes liquid funds, private equity funds and the structuring of investment management businesses. She focuses her practice on the formation of private equity funds (including LBO, mezzanine, distressed, real estate and venture) and liquid-securities funds (including hedge funds, hybrid funds, credit funds and activist funds) as well as providing regulatory advice to investment managers. Among other distinctions, Stephanie has been recognized by Chambers Global, Chambers USA and The Legal 500 US Hall of Fame. She is a member of the International Bar Association, the Private Investment Fund Forum, the Advisory Board of former Third Way Capital Markets Initiative, 100 Women in Finance, the Board of Visitors of Columbia Law School and the Board of Directors of the Girl Scouts of Greater New York.
