Bluestem Group Inc. Acquires Orchard Brands Corporation

SRZ advised Orchard Brands Corporation in its acquisition by holding company Capmark Financial Group Inc. (now known as Bluestem Group Inc.) for $410 million in cash. The deal was announced on May 27 and closed on July 13, 2015. Orchard Brands is a leading national, multi-brand family of 13 catalog and eCommerce brands serving the boomer and senior demographics.
