Bridge Growth Partners Acquires CRGT

SRZ advised Veritas Capital and CRGT Inc. in a Veritas affiliate’s sale of CRGT to Bridge Growth Partners LLC. The deal was announced on Nov. 5, 2014 and closed on Jan. 23, 2015. CRGT, which Veritas Capital acquired in 2008, is an IT services provider for the federal government, providing software development, data analytics, and cybersecurity and infrastructure support to the U.S. Postal Service, Securities and Exchange Commission, Patent and Trademark Office, Department of Defense, Department of Justice and Department of Homeland Security, among others.
