Capario Acquired by Emdeon Inc. in $115M Deal

SRZ advised Marlin Equity Partners’ portfolio company Capario, an innovative company providing industry-leading health care technology solutions, in its sale to Emdeon Inc., the largest intelligent financial, administrative and clinical health information network in the nation. The $115-million transaction closed on July 21. Santa Ana, Calif.-based Capario’s proprietary, cloud-based application suite and underlying technology platform CaparioOneSM will extend Emdeon’s ability to help health care providers get reimbursed quickly, accurately and cost-effectively.
