Cerberus Affiliate Picks Up Auto Interiors Business

SRZ is representing Cerberus Capital Management LP in the acquisition of the automotive interiors business of Visteon Corporation by a Cerberus affiliate. The global operations had revenues of approximately $1 billion in 2013 and produce a range of automotive interior products supplied to vehicle manufacturers, including cockpit modules, instrument panels, door panels and floor consoles. The first and largest phase of the transaction closed on November 1. The series of closings is expected to continue through the end of the first quarter of 2015.
