CLE Pro Bono Program Focuses on Advising Micro-Entrepreneurs

On Feb. 10, 2016, SRZ and The Legal Aid Society’s Civil Practice Program co-chaired a program on “Advising Micro-Entrepreneurs,” part of The Legal Aid Society 2016 CLE Pro Bono Training Series. The session highlighted the available business structures for the formation of a microbusiness and explored legal, practical and ethical considerations involved in managing the micro-entrepreneur client relationship.
