Clinton Group Campaign Results in Election of New Directors at Imation

SRZ represented Clinton Group Inc. in its successful campaign at global data storage and information security company Imation. On May 20, 2015, Imation announced that based on a preliminary vote count, its shareholders elected to the board of directors the three nominees proposed by Clinton Group. The new directors will replace three outgoing directors on the board, one of whom serves as CEO of Imation.
