Former SRZ Partner Sung-Hee Suh Appointed Criminal Division Deputy Assistant AG

The U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Division on Sept. 8, 2014 announced that Sung-Hee Suh has been appointed to serve as Deputy Assistant Attorney General overseeing the Appellate, Capital Case and Fraud Sections. Sung-Hee returns to the DOJ following 15 years at SRZ, where she was a partner in the Litigation, Financial Institutions, Securities Enforcement & White Collar Crime, and Regulatory & Compliance practice groups, handling matters involving securities and commodities fraud, public corruption, health care fraud, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the Bank Secrecy Act, and anti-money laundering and economic sanctions violations. Prior to joining SRZ, she served in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York from 1994 to 1999, including as Deputy Chief of the Organized Crime and Racketeering Section.
